I'm sure most of you have figured out by now that music speaks to my soul. It moves me in ways that little else can. That is why I post songs for special occasions. Here is one that commemorates the Resurrection.

Good Friday Service

Tonight was our community Good Friday service. All the area churches combine together and we remember together what Jesus did for us on the cross. There were 200+ people in attendance and the service was great. The area young people were in charge of the music and I felt they did a great job of keeping the focus on the reason for the service. I was impressed by their humility and lack of any showiness. The best part of the service, for me, was that Byron was asked to be the speaker. He did a great job of bringing God's Word. I was very proud of him. We had 13 in attendance from our church which was a great support for Byron. He's glad the evening is over though!!
