Fur, Feathers, Fish, Friends and "the Falls"

They say that all good things come to an end. While were spouting off cliches, they also say, "Time flies while you're having fun." We certainly can agree with both statements. Our good friends, Jerry & Janiece Cooper and their kids just left our house after an awesome, memory filled visit. Here's some misc. pictures taken while they were here.

They came Wednesday night late but that didn't stop us from staying up til the wee hours of the morning talking. Then on Thursday we went to Pymatuming State Park and Dam and then to the Wildlife Museum (hence the "fur" part of the title).

Thursday night we visited "Mooney's Bakery". Tom & Marcella Mooney are members of our church and they own their own Bakery. I believe Byron and Jerry figured out that Bro. Mooney has made several million baked goods in his career! We got to the bakery at approximately 11:00 PM and stayed for 1.5 hours and watched them make donuts. We even got a couple samples!

Friday we travelled to Niagara Falls, New York. We had a lovely day together enjoying God's spectacular creation!

Then Saturday we went to Lake Erie. Somehow I didn't get any pics of the Cooper's though.

Mooneys Bakery to date has made over 10 million donuts, fritters, muffins, cookies, cakes, and bread. This is actually a very conservative calculation. We came up with 9.3 million, but forgot to include loaves of bread and cookies. Mooneys have been in operation for over 23 years.

Those Cooper people sound like a blast, how could we get ahold of them to come to our house, LOL :)
